Covering your event
These photo-reports capture an event as it happens: the speaker holding a room, the question asked from the third row, the handshake that turns a programme into a network, the stand that took a month to design.
We agree the running order with you beforehand, so the moments that matter to your communication are covered and nothing is discovered on the day.
The Fox's Eye immortalizes the whole of it, and delivers images ready for your press release, your report and next year's programme.
Pricing
Every event has its own length, its own venue and its own deliverables, so coverage is quoted rather than priced from a list.
Tell us the dates, the venue and what the images are for, and you will have a quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once the session is complete, we sort and pre-process the photos, and you will typically receive your private gallery within 2 to 3 weeks. For urgent requests, faster delivery may be possible - please contact us to discuss.
We usually prefer a natural rendering of the images and natural light. Most of the photos in our portfolio are unedited.
A photo that has been edited says so in two places: a drop inside the signature on the image, and a mention in the photo details, under the camera settings. Either one on its own means the photo was edited. When neither is there, the photo is as it came out of the camera.
This philosophy is not absolute though, and we will be happy to edit a set of selected photos, especially if you plan to print them.
Once the session is complete, we pre-process the photos and make them available to you, and to you only, as an online gallery on this platform. All the pre-selected photos are gathered in a private album, from which you are free to download them.
A deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the session. We mostly work with bank transfers but can be flexible based on your needs. You can contact us for more questions.
